A truly regal person, the Abh empress Ramaj is another character with few appearances on the show. The ones she does have, however, leave a lasting effect. In one scene, the nations of the Nova Scilia Treaty Organization seem to be having internal trouble. Two representatives for other empires threaten her, and she immediately declares war on them. This is not a rash decision, however-- the United Mankind had already attacked the Gosroth, and Ramaj was well aware that they intended war. She was quick and insightful, and left her fellow rulers in the dust.
