Atosuryua is Lafiel's commanding officer. She's also the younger sister of the Baron Febdash, whom Lafiel killed in Crest of the Stars. This leads to quite a few awkward moments for Jinto, though Lafiel doesn't seem to be bothered by it. She is an able commander who cares for her troops.
