Fiore is the main villain of the Sailor Moon R movie, and one of my favorite characters in the entire series. He is tragic and utterly alone, hopelessly in love and completely without hope of ever having it returned. Also? Hot. Hot hot hot. It took me a long while to find a cel I liked of him, and in the end it wasn't even myself who found him. This lovely thing was a gift from Rei, and I am forever indebted to her for it. It is perfect and lovely and shiny, Rei, thank you.
