I love this cel! It's from my favorite episode, in which Miho falls into an alternate world in which no one knows who she is. This episode is a strangely philosophical story in an otherwise fluffy show, and it is the single episode which cemented my love for the series. In this scene, Miho has rescued Pigu and Mogu from the circus which used them as attractions, and she is running through a constantly changing landscape, with no idea where to go. It's a nice setup, with the starkness of the background showing the mood of the scene well.
